From FanimeCon to Anime Expo and Crunchyroll Expo, there have been some outstanding Evangelion cosplayers. Many work to become their favorite characters like Shunji or Asuka. Others try to be creative and cosplay as an EVA. This is a look back at some of the amazing and creative cosplays based on the iconic anime series.
Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time will first premiere in theaters on December 6th. It will also be shown on December 8th and the 11th. Rebuild of Evangelion is a cinematic retelling of the iconic series while also introducing new characters to the story. The series brings together series creator, Hideaki Anno, along with the original writers and performers.
Neon Genesis Evangelion follows the story of Shinji as he is recruited to pilot an Evangelion into combat against the Angels. The series has been highly praised for deconstructing the mecha genre while also exploring complex themes. Among the themes explored are the meaning of individuality and personal choice.
