Between January 15th to January 22, fans were invited to vote for any of the nominees. With over 15 million votes counted, the winners of the 2021 Crunchyroll Anime Awards were unveiled during a special ceremony on February 19. The event was hosted by hosted by Tim Lyu along with Crunchyroll-Hime.
A winner was selected for each of the 18 different categories. Among the highlights are Jujutsu Kaisen winning Anime of the Year along with two other awards. The there was Kaguya-sama: Love Is War?, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! along with My Hero Academia and Re:ZERO -Starting Life In Another World (Season 2) which walked away with two awards.

Crunchyroll also announced that five new titles will be coming soon. They are Tokyo Revengers, Zombie Land Saga Revenge, I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years, Joran The Princess of Snow and Blood, and Oddtaxi.
Crunchyroll is the largest anime streaming service and a driving force in promoting the anime community. Besides distribution, they are known for their original streetwear (via Crunchyroll Love) and publishing anime based video games (via Crunchyroll Games).
