Good news for Metal Gear Solid fans as a new update for The Phantom Pain allows gamers to play as Quiet.
The new update allows gamers to play as Quiet during the Forward Operating Base (FOB) missions. Playing as Quiet allows players to utilize her superhuman abilities such as jumping up a ledge, dash forward, and go invisible. Players will also have a massive advantage when using a sniper rifle.
For those who missed out on The Phantom Pain, Quiet was a sniper with enhanced abilities thanks to the parasites in her body. She begins the game as a villain but is captured and becomes part of the Diamond Dogs.
The update also fixes several bugs while adding some new features to the game. Most notable of the features is an a new difficulty level for the FOB missions.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the tenth game in the series and follows the events of Ground Zeroes. Nine years the attack on Mother Base, Big Boss awakes from a coma and plots his revenge against XOF. To do this, he regroups with his allies and begins work on establishing a new mercenary army while going after those who were responsible for the attack.
