FanimeCon Announces Regestration Date for 2026 Event

After much waiting, FanimeCon has announced the time and date for when registration for the 2026 event will open.

Registration for FanimeCon 2026 opens on August 11 at 12 PM (PST). Weekend badges will start at $85, and hotel reservation priority will be based on the order of registration. The announcement was made in the following post:

Panel submissions, cosplay gathering proposals, FaniMaid Cafe tryouts, and other event sign-ups will open at a later date. Time and date for the open house will also be announced in the future.

FanimeCon 2026 will take place during the Memorial Day Weekend of May 22nd to the 25th at the San Jose Convention Center, along with the surrounding locations. It’s one of the largest fan organized anime conventions in North America.
