Show Floor of TechEx North America 2026

The show floor of TechEx North America was where everything happened. Companies like HP, Deloitte, TuxCare, UniTree and GateKeeper set up booths to showcase their services and attract new clients. Each booth gave visitors the chance to learn about the company and its offerings while demoing available software. Here are some of the booths and setups that got my attention during the event.

Hardware

One of the major sponsors of TechEx North America 2026, HP Inc. had a show of force on the expo floor with a massive booth near the entrance. During the event, the company displayed its line of desktops built specifically for AI workflows and development. For smaller firms or teams with modest computing needs, there was the HP ZGX Nano AI Station, powered by an NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, ARM Cortex-X925 CPU, 128GB of RAM and 4TB of storage. The HP Z8 G6i Desktop Workstation served as a mid-range option, featuring an NVIDIA Blackwell 6000 GPU, 86-core Intel Xeon CPU and 2TB of RAM. For those needing maximum power, the HP ZGX Fury runs on an NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Superchip with 748GB of unified coherent memory, secured end-to-end AI and no cloud or token requirements.

Also present with a show of force was Maddox Industrial Transformer. They are a manufacturer and supplier of industrial power transformers. Located at the front of the expo hall, the company displayed models of its transformers to potential clients while having representatives available to answer questions.

Software

TuxCare is a service that offers end-of-life support for software that developers no longer maintain but remains vital to a business or institution. The company focuses on fixing security issues and vulnerabilities while ensuring its patches remain compatible with existing hardware. Its clientele includes not just companies but also medical services, government agencies and educational institutions.

GateKeeper Proximity offers a solution for employers that handle sensitive information but require multiple people to access it. With its cybersecurity and enterprise access control system, the company gives clients the ability to provide employees instant, secure access through a key dongle. Without memorizing passwords, staff can access internal systems with a secured key that can also be deactivated if an employee is terminated.

A featured exhibitor during the event, LG CNS was present to showcase the software it developed to help industrial clients operate more efficiently. Having partnered with Surgere, the company presented on RFID technology, a system that uses labels emitting radio frequencies to track a product’s location within a warehouse and record its entry into a facility. Another software on display was Factova Control, a system that monitors machine performance and collects operational data while automatically shutting down the machine and providing the operator with the data needed to resolve the issue should a malfunction occur.

Others

Kindred Motorworks specializes in reimagining classic vehicles with modern engineering that improves performance and safety while increasing fuel efficiency or converting them to electric power. Its current lineup includes reimagined models of the Ford Bronco and the Volkswagen Bus, with plans to add a version of the Porsche 911. During TechEx North America, they had a working Ford Bronco  on the show floor with representatives answering questions about the cars and plans for the future.

This event and many like it were made possible by the team at San Jose’s Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs, who were also present on the show floor. They were there to answer questions guests and representatives had about bringing their business to the Capital of Silicon Valley.
