Looks like Bandai Namco went a little Plus Ultra as they have announced that Deku from My Hero Academia has been added to the roster of Jump Force.

Izuku Midoriya (also known as Deku) is the main character in the manga and anime series, My Hero Academia. He begins the story as a normal person in a world of super heroes only to be given the power of All Might (the Symbol of Peace) after demonstrating his will to help those in need. From that point the story follows his time at UA High School and his run-in with the League of Villains. In the anime adaptation, he is voiced by Daiki Yamashita in the Japanese version and by Justin Briner in the English version.

For those who have been absent from the anime scene, My Hero Academia has been one of the most popular works of 2018. Go to any fan convention and you’re going to see a legion of cosplayers dressed up as their favorite hero or villain. So it only makes sense to feature the main character of the series.

More characters will be announced in the months leading up to the games release.

Jump Force, is a fighting game that has players battle it out as an iconic characters from the Weekly Shōnen Jump. The game is set to be released for all major consoles and the PC on February 15th (to coincide with the publications 50th Anniversary).
