Following the announcement that the game has gone gold, CD Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed to December.

Cyberpunk 2077 was set to launch on November 19th for all major consoles and the PC. However the games launch date has been pushed back by 21 days to give the team more time to polish it. The announcement was made in the following post.

The announcement has been meet with mixed reactions. Many have welcomed the delay as it means a more polished game. Some have been outraged as they claimed to have taken time off from work to play the game. A few have gone to the extreme and made treats against the development team.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a video game adaptation of the hit table-top RPG series written by Mike Pondsmith. Players take on the role of a mercenary named V as they they are dragged into a conflict between the powers of Night City.
