A cosplay gathering based on the many titles from Capcom is being organized for FanimeCon 2025.

Capcom Gathering will be hosted during the FanimeCon weekend. No official date, time, or location has been announced yet but that information will become available in the future.

As the title suggests, the gathering is open to all cosplayers from a Capcom game. The gathering is open to fans who cosplay as characters from titles like Mega Man, Street Fighter, and Devil May Cry. The gathering is also open to Marvel cosplayers if the character was featured in the Marvel vs. Capcom series.

Fanime will most likely host cosplay gatherings for individual titles such as Resident Evil and Street Fighter based on turnouts from past gatherings.

Cosplayers who plan to attend the gatherings should be aware that FanimeCon staff will be present to take photos. Those who do not wish to have their photo taken are asked not to participate. If someone remains with a group during the photo shoot, they will be considered to have given consent to being photographed.

FanimeCon 2025 will take place during the Memorial Day Weekend at the San Jose Convention Center along with the surrounding locations. More information about the event will be available in the coming months.
