Paprika is considered one of the most thought provoking and an influential anime film. Those who have wanted to see it in theaters will soon get their chance thanks to the Balboa Theater. 

The Balboa Theater has announced that they will host a special screening of Paprika as part of AniMonday.

AniMonday Presents ~ Paprika will be a special screening of the iconic anime film on January 9th at 7:30 pm. Tickets for the film are now on sale, via online. To have an idea about the film, check out the official trailer:

Based on the novel by Yasutaka Tsutsui, Paprika was released back in 2007 and was highly praised. The story follows a psychiatrist and her team trying to catch a terrorist who has stolen a machine that allows users to enter into someone’s dream.
