Angry Video Game Nerd is a retro game review and comedy series created by James Rolfe. The show centers on Rolfe’s character, a short-tempered gamer, who reviews retro video games and humorously criticizes their poor quality. It was a pioneer in online media and an inspiration for other entertainers. The series has also been adapted into a video game with the last title released in 2016 and a remaster in 2020.
