Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis highly anticipated collaboration with Code Geass is now live.

The collaboration brings characters and outfits from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (aka Season 2) to the world of Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis. Using the AC Scratch Ticket, players could unlock items belonging to Lelouch, C.C., Suzaku, and Kallen. ARKs will also provide weapons, music, and gear based on the series.

Sega has provided a rundown of all the gears and weapons players can unlock during the collaboration. Phantasy Star Online 2 x Code Geass collaboration went live on June 19th and will end on July 16th.

Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis is both an upgrade and follow-up to the acclaimed MMORPG. It’s set 1,000 years after the events of the original Phantasy Star Online 2 and it follows a battle between ARKS soldiers and the DOLLS. Players can choose from four unique races and eight classes before joining forces with other operatives to experience unforgettable battles and boss fights.

The game is free-to-play while currently available for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. 

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion follows Lelouch vi Britannia as he leads a resistance against the occupation of Japan by the Holy Britannian Empire. The series first premiered in 2006 and ran for two seasons followed by an OVA and several movies. The entire series is currently available to watch on Crunchyroll, Netflix, and Hulu.
