Twitch is the Official Streamer of RTX 2017

Rooster Teeth has announced that Twitch will be the official live streamer and top sponsor of RTX 2017: Austin.

Twitch will be responsible for all live streaming of events on the center stage on a designated channel. Additionally, they have confirmed that Smosh Games, Mega64, Cow Chop, Kinda Funny, and The Creatures will be special guests during the weekend.

In a press release that was made available, Events Director Bethany Feinstein, has stated,

“We’re thrilled to be featuring so many amazing special guests this year and for the opportunity to livestream everything with Twitch. We know that whether it’s getting a picture with someone you follow online or getting to see these hilarious people live on stage, that these moments can be life changing for our fans, and we continue to try and make RTX bigger and better every year for those reasons.”

RTX 2017 is a video game convention that will take place during the weekend of July 7 at the Austin Convention Center. The event was established by Rooster Teeth Productions and it has since grown to become one of the largest gaming conventions.
